2. STUDENT MUST FILL IN SHEET.

 Do Not pass this off to Grandma to fill out. This will not be accepted.

3. Due Date: January 8, 2013
1960’s, 1970’s, 1980’s, 1990’s, 2000’s. Only one decade is covered 2X.
This must be by people in different generations (20 years apart)
Interview your parents and grandparents (if possible) on the decade your parents graduated from high school.

Extra Credit... Other decades (1940’s, 1950’s…) can be completed for extra credit.

Week of December 10, 2012


Homework club meets in room 218 on Tuesday after school.

Position paper due Tuesday.

What is the best way to (choose one) coach a team, teach a class, raise a family, babysit
young children (any relationship where a power difference exists):Confucianism, Daoism, or Legalism. Be able to explain whether these would work better in the short or the long term. You have to show me that you understand Confucianism, Daoism, and Legalism.

Use MoBaThBlue in the opening paragraph.
Body should include three paragraphs: why two philosophies do not work and one philosophy works.
Conclusion. Restate thesis statement and sum up argument


Current Event Week 4 due next week. Make sure you complete the map portion.

We will be wrapping up Chinese civilization and discussing the impact of the Mongols on Monday. We will jump back to the 20th century and study the causes and effects of WWI the rest of the week.
