There are only two weeks left in the term.  Make sure you turn in your current events. 

The quiz this Friday will be based around a key issue which caused WWII, should you appease a dictator or use collective security to stop him?  The quiz will include an essay which deals with this issue.  This essay can be completed at home before Friday's quiz.

The honors class reading was moved from last Thursday to Monday.

Due Wednesday:  DBQ (Document Based Questions) passed out in class on Monday

Read about the Berlin Airlift (955) How were Germany and Berlin divided?

What threat to America does the Red Menace (956) warn against?

Answer three of the four checkpoint questions in complete sentences.

Due by Friday:  5 paragraph essay discussed this week in class as well as multiple choice/short answer quiz on WWII.  The essay can be written before the quiz.
