10(1) and 10(3) are due this week, as is the poster calling for a Muslim jihad. Make sure to mention the legacy of the Crusades on the Muslim culture on the back of the poster. An alternative assignment could be a cheer or a video Muslim advertisement that will be accepted in lieu of the poster.
This week in class we will look at the HMA advances and its architecture (Romanesque and Gothic) as well as the impact of the Bubonic Plague.
